Youth Employment Program

The Youth Employment Program at The Center provides an opportunity for high school students to have a first job experience at our in-house coffee shop. Students selected to be hired will be employed by The Center for one semester learning various skills. These skills include taking and completing specialty coffee and smoothie orders, meal prep, proper kitchen procedures, and using a cash box.
